Her portfolio has included industries such as oil and gas, engineering and construction, pharmaceuticals, government, and the arts, as well as business functions across the enterprise. Her previous university work gave Laura the opportunity to direct community groups and collaborate with leading scholars across academic disciplines.
Laura holds a Ph.D. in History from Northwestern University. Her academic experiences in and out of the classroom strongly inform her insights and approach to business, management, and entrepreneurship.

Dwight's education in creative arts began early at Houston's High School for Performing and Visual Arts, where he studied music, writing, graphic design, and photography. College and graduate school focused on writing, psychology, and philosophy, and culminated in degrees in cognitive science and history. Dwight's academic experience has proven to be an invaluable guide to the fine art of connecting with people through written language and visual design.
