Trillos Ballerini Law Firm is an immigration law firm representing clients from all over the world, with associates and staff that speak many languages. They came to Go Creative Arts seeking a brand refresh and new website.
The Trillos Ballerini Law Firm felt that their logo had grown stale and that every aspect of their brand needed a facelift. In designing a new logo and mark, we thought about the people whom the firm serves, who are often turning a corner in their lives—immigrating to a new country, pursuing permanent residency, or applying for citizenship. A simple sketch of the corner of a building with the firm's name overlaid became a springboard for the design. The resulting logo doesn't look fully three-dimensional but still carries a subtle suggestion of movement around a corner. From this we developed a full brand suite, which we used in designing new business cards and stationery, as well as the website.
- Thank you for all your professionalism and excellent work on our website. Your responsiveness and effectiveness are refreshing in a graphic design business. We are so delighted and I have gotten only positive comments! You are indeed the best!
The chief hurdle in creating the new website was having it speak equally well to two different types of clients: individuals seeking help for themselves and their families, and businesses wanting to procure immigration services for employees. We built a site that allows visitors to quickly and confidently "find themselves" and navigate to the right information, without decision fatigue or information overload.
A second hurdle was providing a seamless and uniform site experience in three different languages: English, Spanish, and Italian. We worked with the firm to get translations that were complete—down to the level of interface items (menu and buttons)—and in the appropriate professional tone. The result is a fully trilingual, search optimized website that allows visitors to change the language with a single button click.
